“The first thing that Chris Colfer said to me was, he was like ‘Hey, nice to meet you man, and uh, you know, I’m a big fan of A Very Potter Musical.’ And I was like ‘No way, you’re just saying that’ because what I thought was he was just being, you know very sweet, and cordial, like he probably found out that you know, I got the part and so he probably googled me and the first thing that came up was A Very Potter Musical….. So I just assumed that he was being sweet, by just mentioning that and acknowledging it, and so I thought that was a nice enough gesture. And then later upon hanging out with him more I realized, he’s like ‘No, I like know the show.’ He would like quote it and he like really knew the show, more than anybody that I’d ever met, like on the set, anywhere…. so that was really, really cool, and we definitely got to bond a little bit over that.”

“No, I mean, I was a huge fan of Darren’s, and he doesn’t believe me. He doesn’t believe that I was a huge A Very Potter Musical fan before, even though I quote it all the time and try to convince him, he still doesn’t believe me. He thinks I just did some research on him.”

-so nick lang was talking over the intercom before the show began last night, and, just like any other night, was telling us to locate the nearest exits and what not when suddenly he pauses. After a bit of silence he says “Sorry guys, this is Nick Lang—” everybody starts CRACKING UP “—and i just got thrown off my speech because lauren lopez was freak-dancing.” the entire crowd was laughing and cheering, and all we could hear was lauren laughing like a maniac in the background over the intercom.

He courted me mutely with these self-portraits of his disembodied head.
